Yeah I have a few extra plaques kickin round.....lets not pressure CG into this one. I understand where he is coming from (buy it) Lets give him some time to breath (GET IT YOU TARD) and make up his mind without outside influences ( Jesus man buy it!) There's nothing worse than to have a bunch of people pressuring you on a purchase!! (buy buy buy buy buy buy) I think this one will turn out for the best. (if you don't get it I will) (IMA GETTIN A LOAN TODAY!) Hey I look good beside this thing!

That beauty looks like a 58 New Yorker by the grill.

I posted that old pic months ago and the HAMB was very helpful in ID'ing it for me.

Craig, if you buy it you'll have to change your handle. "Saratoga" doesn't quite have the same ring as "poncho"

Gowjob - Youre right on that, my memory is going faast, mom and dad are long gone so all i have is pic from 63. But I do remember dad talking about his 60 Chrysler.
Thanks - time to keep looking

  29. Poncho I'm on the other side of the fence on this one. NEVER buy a car your not %110 into or because it's cheap and you've got the bread, chances of "it growing on you" are slim it will probably just piss you off. I let my guard down once and bought a chrysler ONCE. Years ago I brought a 66 charger out of Wa because: I sold my car and had the cash, it was dry and I thought I could make a buck. It was nothing but a headache and thorn in my side, that car ****ed. I just wasn't into it and had a hell of a time getting rid of it. Not down on the saratoga but that's a BIG car with lots of power options that are now 44 years old and more than likely all kinds of hacks have probably been up under her door panels and dash trying to fix'er up. As you know playing with cars is supposed to be fun but it loses it's lustre quickly when your dealing with all the typical issues that generally arise and it just plain ****s if you've got some wet, rusty heap out in the driveway that you don't want anymore and nobody else does either.
If your lookin for a new sled ask yourself, What do I really want? Then grab it.
P.S. Gary there's a 65? Buick 2drhdtp with skirts, been sitting a long time, behind the ****py Tire at SW Marine and Laurel, doesn't look to bad...
