I just finished plumbing my trucks air ride system with 3/8 copper zinc alloy tubing. Its all single flair with steel,"treated with some type of coating"ferrels and fittings. Will I have a problem with Galvanic corrosion seeing that it's used for air?
You will have some galvanic corrosion, but as for having a "problem" with it, I think not. Take the normal precautions to guard against moisture ac***ulation, is the best you can do, as you will not totally eliminate moisture in your "compressed air" system.
Trucks have air brakes and have no problems. thy just drain them and get the moisture out. Like the air system in your garage
