Stevensville,MD, Church of the holy donut,Sunday mornings when temp is above 50. Chuck [gold Triumph] is my son
Sweet! You're gonna powdercoat this frame real soon I hope (I still have to get the tank back from paint and make forkstops on the frame).
Merry Xmas... I live in Edgewater ... my cars, bikes and boats are in Davidsonville, Annapolis & Sandtown
Hey! You found it. Great lookin' bikes. Wayson's Corner known by some as Wasted Corner back when there were two bars on opposite corners from each other. Be safe, have fun.....Don.
Rising Sun / North East, right behind the drag strip! if you don't turn at the end of the run and you make it through the woods without hitting anything, you're in my backyard.
I think one of your neighbors sold me a minibike about a year and a half ago. He had a cool vintage purple speed boat too.
Fallston, Harford County here !!!!! I know that this is an old thread and that the car show in Glen Arm is mentioned at least once. It seems that the show is being planned again for 2010. I will post info as soon as it's available!!!!
Waysons Corner is great. Where else can you cross the street going from one bar to another and then watch old women panhandle for bingo money.
I'm in Oxon hill. I have been to Burtunsville a couple of times. I dig it. It's a great mix of cars. Hot Rod to street rod to custom with a little original tossed in.
Grew up as a kid in Princess Anne, then Chestertown, then Salisbury - VaTech - then moved to basically other end of Rte 50 (San Francisco). Took me a few years to realize that though. One day on the way to Sacramento, I caught the sign that said "3,073 miles to Ocean City". I thought WTF. I checked, sure enough same road. Most of my family still lives there on the shore, Easton and Salisbury. Would love to get back to catch Jalopyrama while visiting one of these years. Would be cool to just jump on 50 with my old truck and drive it back to MD for a visit. It would be one hell of long but interesting drive I am sure. If I had the time, I do it for sure. Maybe some day. Maybe when my son gets older, we can make it a summer trip. edit; Wow, just googled and this site popped up: http://www.route50.com/
Well here in Glen Burnie I just came in from getting the left side control arms back into the Edsel wagon. The Edsel and I had a good New Years Eve May everyone have a GREAT NEW YEAR ! Oldmics
Great photo. Take some comfort in the fact that it would be UNDER 3,000 miles to the Jalopyrama!...Don.
I usually have a cool memorial day party at my house every year. Lots of cool bikes and camping with bands and stuff. You guys are welcome to come.
I'm in Elkridge. Used to have a '60 Impala - sold it. Now I'm just the white haired dude who builds model cars and has a camera surgically attached to my hand at every car show I can get to.
Just saw this i am in Salisbury, Md. Sold off some of my cars over the summer currently a all vw man again but sure another american rod will fall in my hands soon.
out here in westminster gettin the cars ready for the warm weather or the saltless roads whichever comes first
I'm in Calvert County also. Near Broomes Island. I'm wrenching on my Henry J Gasser project a little here and there. The ol' lady's 56 Olds is ready to cruise but is presently snowed in. We are on a nasty dirt road with deep pot holes and a high crown, which was one of the reasons I decided to go with a tall gasser style build.
