Depends on what you are looking for. Do you want an edge shrinker / stretcher?......or do you need a deep throat? Foot operated?

After doing a little research, I'm going with a Lancaster(American made) as an entry level shrinker/stretcher.

For what it's worth,I had a flange I had to stretch on a trans tunnel peice I fabricated. It was made out of 18 ga. I tried my U.S. made stretcher and couldn't move it. I grabbed my AWFUL CHINESE MADE sretcher from Harbor Frieght and moved it with no problem. It was the deep stretcher model. Pretty heavy duty. I guess it's ok if you keep the jaws clean. I bought another one for shrinking w/ stand. For under $400 I've got the whole set up w/ extra jaw sets!

I have a deep throat foot operated from Dagger...It rules. The deep thoat does come in handy:)

I think Baliegh has the same shrinker stretcher as i have.

Yes, we have the deep throat shrinker like Dagger. It has edge shrinking dies in it though. Our new "JS" style shrinker is more popular with the HAMB croud. The teeth are less aggressive and have rounded egdes. Doesn't mark up the material so bad. Aluminum jaws are available as well.

    Check them out

I went to the JS tools website but there weren't any prices or much info. Is there a distributor here in the US that sells them?

i know one of the local stores (KMS TOOLS ) is selling a similar set-up(MAGNUM brand ) and all the pins have been bending , something to consider when purchasing a tool like this is the quality of the materials used to construct the tool come into play
