Great showing in the "MotorRama" hot rod arena. My favorite part is driving the car there and back, seeing old friends and the cool plaque! Getting a trophy is neat, too!

I'm going to also say no to the pin up compe***ion.

When that band drummer was doing a sound check Thursday night during set up, I wanted to get the heck outta there. WAY too loud.

Is it no to the pin up contest because you don't want it on the stage under the overhang?
What if it was on the stage in the North Hall?
That's the stage close to where the mexican food was. NW corner of the building, about as far away as you could get from the Motorama/Hot Rod Arena area.

I dunno...it doesn't make any difference to me, but it can be too much of a good thing. The number of "pinup" chicks is tenfold what it was 5 years ago. It's a little bit overkill. From your end, it's a draw for the public and makes good sense. From my end...it's a car show, not a burlesque show.

I just run ideas up the flagpole. Some fly, some don't. That's why I ask for input.
I've wanted to shoot a human cannonball accross Market Hall for 30 years and can't get it past corporate, but I bring it up every year.

You do a great job, and we are super excited and greatful that you let us come back each year. :) the Hot Rod Arena was a blast again this year. It was funny during the award I was telling my dad Danny, that I was 7 years old when the 25th awards were going on, Now I am 32 and have a 6 year old and 4 year old. The funny part is my little sister Danyelle was 7 this year. May not be crazy to anyone else but seemed cool to me,

We will be back next year for sure!!!!!!!!! Thanks again

This is the first time i have been back to the dallas show in about 5 years. We all said we wouldnt come back because the show had declined from what it used to be, so sunday me and the buds decided to go take a look, and hey we all thought it was a lot better ,almost like it used to be. We will come back next year, also will spread the word to the other guys who wouldnt come with us

The show was great. Overall - a good mix of different cars for everyone to enjoy. Glad to see NO tuner rice burners.

Please tell me that I`m not the only one that walks past all those cars on pedestals with mirrors underneath ? I just don`t care to stop for a closer look.
If you can`t drive it --- it ain`t a real car.

Winfield`s pickup does not fall into the same catagory. It is a rolling timepiece that cannot be duplicated. It is truly awesome.

Looks like a good show. I haven't been to one yet. Maybe I'll go next year? I saw a few of those cars in Denton at the Thaw.
