Well a while back i had picked up a pretty complete hot rodded 32 ford chassis from skyspop in rochester, the chassis use to be under a olds powered traditional 32 chopped 5 window coupe, the new owners decided thats not what they wanted so they yanked the coupe body off, sold the motor and built a new chassi for the coupe, fast foward a bunch of years, ive known about the chassis and so has Pat, so pat ended up with it, so talked him out of it, but ive had it for a year or so, so its old news for me, well i had sold my 32 roadster this summer and had ended up buying another brookville 32 roadster body on a complete original nice shape chassis and really hadnt decided what to do, well i decided, i pulled the brookville body of the other chassis and planted it onto the red old five windows chassis, but this time i went with a good running 283 i have instead of the olds the chassis had originally, so heres some pics of it so far, im taking it apart this week and bringing the body to my sisters boyfriend who is going to paint the body red to match the chassis. and Jen will be doing a red and white tuck n roll interior and i plan on putting it in the gsta car show at the end of march.

You're on the way to finishing a nice little roadster. The 283 looks right at home in the '32 chassis. Good luck on the completion.

got a little bit more done on it, mounted the fuel block, got a voltage regulator attatched and also mounted up and old cool coil i bought on "that site" gutted all the old stuff from inside it and slid in a new 12 volt coil.

im gonna get the roadster going for Tuck's motorama so ive been working on it again, should have it driving there if it all works out, got the motor and trans cleaned and painted, got the hole clutch assembly all figured out and bolted in, its an old speed gems adaptor and i think its got a ford truck clutch disc and a small gm pressure plate, im not sure i had the stuff laying around and it all fit together!

the firewall should be painted white as if this moment, and my sisters boyfriend is going to come over tomorrow and were gonna pull the body off and jam it, the car wont be painted for the show but what can you do, we just want to jam it so when its on the car we dont have to take it off again.

gonna try and get it close to running tonight, been paint pullys and brakets and am going to ge the tripower intake bolted on tonight also, and on and on!

body back on the chassis, we basically jambed it, now the body is back on and im fittin the doors and trunk like, then well put the doors and decklid off tape off the inside of the car and paint all the exterior, im not a painter at all, my sisters boyfriend Jay has been helping me a ton on this project.

i got a bunch of other piddly crap done too, got the pedals done, starter on e-brake and some other trinkety shit, gonna try and get the brakes done tomorrow and some of the wireing done.
