door latches ?

The A Bomb is a roadster p/u I am building need some ideas for door latches. would like to find something where I can just reach inside and pull a lever or knob to open door as I want to get rid of holes in doors where handles were.
Any ideas? photos of latches installed anything would help. thanks Shoe

 

i bought 28 roadster latches from sacramento vintage ford. new price is 18 bucks each. they also have striker plates for a few more bucks. only has inside handle.
