I have a grill for a 1936 Ford fordor that is stainless steel. I know it is an after market but it came with the car when I bought it in 1970. I am getting an original grill chromed and want to sell the stainless steel one but can't find any info on it. Do anyone know who made them and when? What is it worth?

I have an early repop(has trim holes, but welded grill bars) that is nickel plated. Are you sure thats not what you have? I know that mines 40+ years old.

I have two 36 grilles that I think are stainless.A magnet does not stick to them. The faces of the grill bars are polished and the sides are dull. They are not the one piece style.
