Still a bit away from deciding but all of my friends are giving me their 2 cents so I figured I might as well let everyione here chime in.

It's great the way it is but, a little off the top would push it to a whole new level.

I think a little haircut would be nice.....but it better be a good one!!! If you do it, I think you need to commit to a full on painted custom. Here's a quick pchop.

Worst case unchopped scenario is you still have a bad *** car.

I am normally not always a fan of chopping, but the photochop looks pretty sweet. I think the pipes would also look good black to blend in to the custom look a little better.

No chop! Loose the pipes. Make it shiney.

It is a cl***y ride. A couple of polishing touches and it would be perfect.

After seeing it in-person, I have to say, no chop. The car has enough cool already.

It's hard to believe that I'm saying this, but after seeing the photoshop, I vote "no chop". I just think it's a cl***y car that just doesn't need it.
Edit, I actually voted either way, but that was before I saw the PS.

I'd vote for a mile chop Maybe not even a full 2-1/2 inches and making it hell for shiny.
Give it some cl*** and loose those ugly ***ed pipes. They are the one thing that really detracts from an otherwise cl***y car as it sits.

I too think it needs to be slick and shiney, custom lookin. If you want a chopped look do something with the rocker/running board area and blend or bob the fenders as needed. Something along the lines of a Darrin or a Continental. By dropping the lowest line you're bettering the proportions even more than they already are and there's your "chopped" look. I hope that all made sense...

I would not chop it. I think the proportions would not be right the front is long compared to the top/rear quarters. Just do a mild custom on it. No chop.

  30. Guess what I voted Brian.....
