I've been toying with the idea of getting a set for my car. How much do they affect visibility while using the headlights? Where is the best place to get them. All the places selling them that I can find look like fly by night operations.

I've got em on my 53. I'm also running some halogen headlights which are brighter. Th 53 with the half moon and halogens are brighter than my 68 with no half moons and regular bulbs

I actually just found them on mooneyes site, so I guess that's where I will be getting them from. Now to track down those pesky 5 3/4 halogen conversions.

I have them on my `58. Visibility ain`t worth a **** to begin with, so whatever. You need to concentrate on style over function anyway !

i think he's referring to your signature.....

i say go for it...they're fairly cheap and easily removed.
