Front view of that body looks a lot like a later version OSCA MT4.

is that Bob Sorrell the metal shaper? if so I bought a trailer full of his metal shaping tools years ago... and in that stuff was a lot of little brackets, wheel hubs and other stuff maybe for this type of car?

Same Bod Sorrell We have a dragster that he built earlier, I would have loved to had the chance to get some of those tools and part out of the collection always a day late and a dollar short. was there any drawings or other items in with the tools.

no drawings, but I did buy the back half of a twin engine dragster with motors mounted side by side in the trailer. the sandoval bros. were storing the trailer on their property when Bob died and they had to get it moved because they sold the land.

Great Finsh up on the Sorrell Manning Special. I love the end product. The start at my shop as a rusty framed potato chipped body to the streamliner looking blue wonder is fantastic. Tell Jake and the guys great job.

    Thanks
    Owen :)

Well the car is now part of the Fibergl*** fantisities display in LA. They have a great collection of 1940's to modern gl*** bodied cars on display. well worth the money
    Thanks to:
    Hatfields for the great interior
    Custom for the great finish
