Here's the '27 Ford Tudor I'am building

 

i am helping my foster son build this one. he is 11 yrs old and really into it.

this is his engine and trans -350 , 350 , olds rocket valve covers.

 

I've posted this in the past . Again ..... 1927 with 4 wheel Kinmont brakes , Kelseys , 4 cyl Chev motor , Center Door "T" rear panel , Von Dutch lines . Drove it 1000+ miles home after purchase for $2200 in 1970 .......Z.D.

I have a drilled visor for this Tudor. I'll post a pic when i install it.

 

Im digging that underslung set up, but how does it drive? Just seems so different to me. Very cool ride!

I have a '57 Studebaker 289 with the stock auto ****** and a 9" rear.

It drives great. I've got a few thousand miles on it now and I love it.

 

Heres two of mine one was a 4 door turn in to a truck that i just got of here the other me my dad and son built

 

Any more? I've got one on the way. Need ideas. That blue sedan rocks!!

Gettin started on z-ing the frame , gonna try for 6" of ground clearance, the body will be channeled 4" to conceal the frame. More pics to follow...

 

Looks good tall, just my opinion.
They are a dime a dozen sitting low. Again just my opinion.

This T-Tudor belongs to my friend Steve Hansen -- "Bib Overalls" on the HAMB. He hasn't decided how much he's gonna whack it just yet -- the T has been sidelined in favor of an A coupe project that's on the front burner at present. That's an old Buick aluminum 215 between the frame rails.

 

It's in my 'garage'. Started dis***embly. Pretty good shape for 83 yrs old. Need more pics.

 

Glad to see you got it Pete, post up some pics when you get a minute.

 

Pete, when you going to let me check the T out? I may have some bits left over from mine that you could use. My automotive A.D.D. has had me working on other stuff, but I have been putting some time in on my T', still planning more than building.
