Building my first rod, 30 A Tudor. I've got a 302 and was wondering if there are triple duece setups out there? Who makes, or made them? Thanks!
Ford made them as over the counter setups., they will get you for about $1500- $2000 used. Demon makes their six shooter setup for about $2500 new. Blue Thunder also make the intake for it as well, I think about $500 for the intake only.

I just bought a new Demon Six-Shooter set-up here on the HAMB from Continentaljohn for an absolutely smokin deal. VERY nice piece!
Why not build one? I made a faux 3 x 2 setup with a stock 2V intake, an aluminum adapter plate drilled for three 2GC two-barrels (turned backwards to clear the front-mounted Ford distributor). I took it to my son's auto shop cl*** and the instructor asked me if it "was easy to keep the carbs synchronized?" when only the middle one was functional. 2V intake: $5 three swap meet 2GC carbs: $5 each three Speedway air cleaners: $39 aluminum spray paint: $5 gold spray carb tint: $5 Total cost: $69 The 1600 lb tub runs just fine on a 2V 5.0 Mustang GT powered engine. Speedway sells a 2 or 3 2bbl to 4bbl adapter. You can get it bare or fully loaded with carbs air cleaners lines, etc..starting at 90$ (2-2bbl to 4bbl adapter) to 1500$ for a complete 3 2bbl demons setup.
With a little fab work the modern intake should adapt to a tall 3X2s real easy and cheap! Really, a 12 year old thread? Bones
