There but by the grace of God go any of us!
My wife is a retired insurance agent, and forces me to keep the non drivers insured... Hagerty.
Commercial garage keepers policies typically don't cover customers cars, they assume the car is insured.
I'm going to do a fire safety inspection in my shop pronto!
    Wishing you the best, Jason.

I'm an electrican ,also been involved with fire investigations.Has any insurance fire investigators been to the fire site? I don't mean insurance adjusters but actual private investigators hired for the job by what ever insurance companies involed and or indivuals. The outcome of an investigation can makes things better or worse for the owner.

  8. One thing's for sure, Jason cleaned the place up in a hurry.

Hopefully he will be back to work soon.

chicken and i spoke to Jason on (i think) Wednesday up at the shop while chicken was doing the shoot. i think they came to the conclusion that the plug that the answering machine was plugged into caught fire and set off a series of catastrophic events...

  12. Here's wishing you no lawsuits on the uninsured stuff. This day and age you never know, but hope everyone one involved will be understanding enough. Good luck in the future.

I saw your car in the mag... and starting building my 1930 REO HotRod off some of the ideals of your work... I have a picture of your car up in my engine mans shop, body man shop and at a Local Famous Hot Rod shop "Tim's Hot ROD shop here in Spokane WA...
I really hope that you can recover from your loss...

  15. Just got my prints in the mail today from Smugmug - excellent quality prints. Extremely easy to order, etc. etc. - got 1 4x6 metallic print & 1 11x14 regular. The metallic print is extremely cool - may have to order a larger version of that one next payday.
Wishing Jason the best for getting back on his feet soon.

I just want to thank everyone for their support. I havent had any time to get on here to comment on anything. The hardest part for me was that night standing outside watching everything I have worked for for the past 25 years burn to the ground. The days after I realized just who my true friend were. I will NEVER be able to replace what I had, but I will NOT quit building hotrods. I will be back in some way someday.

God bless everyone for your support!!!

Thank You from the bottom of my heart.
