Replacement spring perch/axle bolts have been available for many years.
Try your local street rod or early Model A or Ford V8 Parts supplier.

    In Fordspeak:

The 28-34 pieces are Front Spring Perch Assembly, commonly called spring perches or spring perch bolts.

The 35-40 pieces are Front Axle to Radius Rod Bolt, commonly called axle bolts or radius rod bolts.

The 40-41 with sway bar pieces are Front Axle to Radius Rod and Ride Stabilizer Bolt, commonly called axle bolts or radius rod bolts.

The 42-48 pieces are Front Axle to Radius and Ride Stabilizer Bolt, commonly called axle bolts or radius rod bolts.

The speedway ones say they are 5" long, I'm sure the others are close. Pretty sure the Hot Rod Company's are not 2 3/4" overall, that probably doesn't include the threads.
