Great pictures Connman! The black '56 Truck in your pics is a Big Window model though whereas the black '56 truck 1959 Ford is asking about is a small window.
As they say "close! - but no cigar......"

Connman your friend Bob must have been the guy to go cruising with. Good looking man with good bone structure and a great car - there must have been PLENTY of chicks in his wake ready to be picked up....

Are all the photos coming up for you guys? The only pic of the '56 I'm seeing now is in post #49 and from that pic you can't see the back glass. Otherwise, same 'Fordomatic' emblem on the hood....looks the same to me.

I'll have to remember that excuse for at work!

Anyway, 2 different PC's, reboots, pics still AWOL....

Anyway, in the 'invisible' pics of the '56, can you see a large back glass? The small back glass is what jolted my memory of the one in '73..unusual combo.

Please CONNMAN, do something, anything, new host site whatever, to get those photos to show up again!

As to the original post, that truck is just so perfectly 1956. There were probably others like that, though.

I remember customizing the Revell '56 F-100 model kit back then, tiny little thing.....1/43 scale, or the like.

  23. Ok, WHEW...i thought it was just my computer! Yeah get those pics back up!
