yep. travis has been bringing his 50 pontiac the last few meets and i know for a fact he just got his plated like 3 days ago. cops won't mess with ya, they'll just give you a thumbs up and go on about there way.

 

Not gona make it this time round fellas. Family time this sunday. goin to the multnomah falls. hoping to have the Ranchy there next month. Ran into some Whoes in the front end and gonna get it all fixed up right. Hoping to have it closer to terra firma and riding better than new by then. maybee even some fresh paint on the suspension and wheels by then we'll see.

Jake hope your bar is doing well cant wait to check it out.

dudes-what a great time! such a fantastic turnout, that was insane. i was stoked to meet a lot of new people, and see a lot of great cars i hadn't seen before. couldn't have gone much better.....

Yeah, that was quite a turn out. Only got a few pics before the batteries died. There were some great rides there but that Studebaker Champion just broke my heart. Here are some pics and I'm sure others will come.
Even live music, this is becoming a real event. Should be nuts in the summer.

wow just walked in from the 2 hour drive back up here. Great goup down there. Being originaly from Port it was great to be there. Felt awkward pullin in in the intenationalcadillacticluvmobile(aka bat truck) but was suprised to find people heading out of the lot to look at it. Not bad for a free truck. I'm thinkin I need to bring the 25 TT next month, probably fit in a little better. Met some fellow hambers and and found the fix for my headers. cu next month

 

Got there after Noon because of other stuff. Saw the Black Falcon, talked to Joyce, and watched the Newport Owners Club leave. Missed everything, in other words....

 

wow now i feel bad i wasn't there. I have got to get my car fixed as soon as possible.

 

haha. yeah-it's funny two of us have newports in the Estranged CC. They're a little different, Landon's is 67 and is a "newport custom" and mine's just a plain old newport and a 68. We also happen to know two other's with 68 newports-it's a total scene when they show up. It was all a bizarre coincidence too, we didn't all call each other and say "let's get the same cars" it just kinda happened. weird......

yeah, today's turnout was the best yet. it was a lot of fun.

 

Plan on being there next month, four or five of us should be coming up from Springfield.

 

my wifes MS was getting at her this time so next time we will be there.....

 

Going to have to make it over there one of these times......
