Old photo found...anybody know anything about this?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Rocky, Dec 19, 2004.

  1. I was going through some old stuff at home and this photo fell out on the desk. Appears to be east or midwest house architecture. Looks like a 30's ford parked behind the hotrod which looks like an old chevy/pontiac based body? Anybody? Bueler? Bueler?

Maybe you could post something cool? You fucking douchebag. I'm in no mood for someone like you talking shit just to start trouble so can it already. Maybe we need another thread asking for bitchin' pics of chopped shoeboxes this week?...jackhole.

    I love you Rocky.

Looks like a 1930-31 Model A Ford coupe with the top cut off.

  6. Well, that didn't work out too well.

  10. BAHAHAhahahaha! Looks like I underestimated the masses. I wasn't sure anybody would equate this photo with the "Rocky invades K.C." post from earlier today....I really thought it would take a few more posts to be found out. Congrats, you guys are sharper than I thought....

Hell, it was the photos on the OTHER thread that I didn't recognize.

I thought Grimlock's garage and roadster WERE in black and white in real life....(just like everything back in the 40's)

I saw a color photo of Hitler once and I about passed out. Tooooooo weird.

I think that it used to be a sedan that was yard art. Boy, someone messed up a nice sedan by cutting it all up like that. I bet it has a souped up flathead in it also.:)

that has to be a old photo I can tell it was taken before colors was invented.

  16. Cool idea, I'm always up for a good "prank". It was the "cool-guy beanies" that gave it away to me. [IMG]

Why is it that those kids will cut up a good car like that? [IMG]

  19. I'd say that's a fairly modern photo.

I ligtened it up a bit in a photo program and you can see a flag hanging horizontally from the house on the left.
    That's a fairly recent fad.

There's a couple of what look to be big plastic flower pots on the porch. The design is exactly the same as some we have.

Guy on the left has a fairly modern style ball cap, the other guys are wearing knit caps which are popular today.

I believe the car has been seen here on the HAMB before.
The design on the side of the door looks familiar.

Cool roadster though, no matter the era. [IMG]

This was in the midwest, the head gear was to keep warm.
