Although I won't personally be there, (I am back in the "home office" this week preparing for Detroit Autorama Extreme!), I highly recommend the Salt Lake City Autorama to anyone who can make it this weekend The THROTTLERS will again have an awesome display and if it is REAL Trad Rods and memorabilia you wan't to see, this is a great place to see it. So...who is going to make the trek? I will gladly swap photo discs with anyone who shoots the event; my Detroit pics for your SLC shots?
I'll be there. Hopefully I get all my work done that has to go there. Don't forget about the panel jam. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=94560
Hi Bob, I'll be there all weekend, starting tomorrow (marking the floor). Not judging S.L.C tho. I will see you in Detroit, I am judging there and looking forward to seniors birthday party. CK, see ya at the show! Mick
Set up starts tonight... we are setting up a whole new display that is going to be very cool...at least I think it is, a lot of work has gone into it. I will be sure to take plenty of pics and post them for those of you that can not make it. If you are going, make sure and stop by... loudpedal and the deviator are going to be there most the weekend.
The show was great. The Throttlers had the best display that I have ever seen. I don't think the panel jam did as good as expected, better luck in Detroit. Maybe everyone is spending all their money on their cars or maybe they are just broke. Thanks Lurker Mick and Tomcat for stopping by always nice to meet some more HAMBers. Maybe I'll have some pics tommorrow.
We had a great time the whole show! took about 1600 photos that I posted. The light in that place was a beast to shoot around, Hardest show we have ever shot. I dont know how much cash the Panel Jam raised but I can tell you that there were some amazingly talented folks in there putting out some beautiful stuff. Bruno striped my Gretsch, and it's now on display in my livingroom.
