I saw that car at a Ty-Rods meet 3-4 years ago and fell in love. Never saw it again and always wondered what the story was about the car. So here I am on the HAMB scanning this thread beating up on myself for selling my 62 28 years ago; and what do I see......
I actually had the honor of driving beside this car at the Syracuse nationals back in 2000 (01?) Pictures do not do this car justice! You have to see it in person! Here is another one that is pretty cool
i dont think the was a better looking body style for g***es than the vette i would like to see more c2 g***ers
I love the pics of two C-1 g***er vettes at the drags. For those of us with solid axle g***er builds, hats off, its not for the squeemish to step over the NCRS line. I have two 62's, one will be judged by "those guys", the other is a g***er build lending to stock looks with a high stance, my way!. I really need to learn to post pictures.
Here's one am doing for a friend, unfortunately it's going to be a restomod. Jacked her up and mocked up my ET III, the way it should be!
Serious buyer for 1961 or 1962 real corvette race car hard top and ***le and tag would be nice Will pay the money for the right car 941-286-4334
i've always wanted to g***er a corvette. not only because it looks fun but also because corvette restorers are some of the most wretched people i have dealt with and i know how much it would piss them off.
does anyone know anything about the red one at 31 seconds, IMO it sits and looks perfect. i want to know about the suspension and drivetrain, more pics of it would be nice too. what tail lights are on the green one at 53 seconds? i cant tell what they are from
I believe he says they are from an old Dodge Polara (maybe 1963). Also Sinister nice car but it has the look of a 62 (at least the trim is 62).
How abour "Big John" Mazmanian's Corvette? The front end was raised with wooden blocks between the frame and front crossmember. They didn't all run "axles". Larry T
