Hello Everybody! We just wanted to share the news that after a build of 638 days in our garage, Storm Warning (our 1965 Altered Wheelbase Nova) is back on the road under her own power! <O What a project this has been! And we couldn't have done it without some help from you folks and especially from John Tinberg, Dale Snoke, Steve Magnante, Jumpin' Joe Sherman, Right-Said-Fred Fujikawa, Wild Bill Sherman, and Steve Bimbi at Nickey Chicago! Here is a link to our start-up and maiden voyage: <O http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIEMy0bIDnA <O Enjoy!
You bet she'll see the track! We'll get some miles under her belt first - I hate surprises at 1000 feet!
That's great. Those aren't wheelie wheels out back they are rollers to keep your bumper off the concrete.
If Joe Sherman built that engine It think it would be wise to have a change of underware handy at all times(at accelerator application specifically). Frank
Good for you!!! Your doing what many just dream of.....can't wait to see it in person....you should be really proud
