I am not trying to start **** here but has anyone else had a difficult time contacting or getting in contact with Alliance Vendors. So far I have e-mailed Vern Tardel 3 times without response and Haneline once. Neither of these vendors have phone contact numbers and it has been several weeks. I wanted to purchase items from both of them and ended up going elsewhere for similar products. I understand busy as I am a busy guy as well but what ever happened to a courtesy response or at least an acknowledgement, even if it is just to say that they are in fact way too busy and to figure something else out? Maybe its just me!
That's typical for Vern. They do the best they can, but their mail order stuff is on the bottom of their priority list. They will get back to you eventually, it just takes time. As for Hanneline, they were sold as of Monday and I'm still trying to make contact with them myself to figure what's up with the Alliance.
