Tudor or roadster, they are different. Maybe dash rail or cowl rail?

I've heard them called both dash rail and dash cap.

i havent seen that part for sale seperately..(not that it isnt, i just havent seen it)..might have to find a beat up body to get it from
the 28-9's were rivet in place or they might be special bolts...(not sure on the 30-31's)

i have seen the cowel window sill for the 30-31's..but not the 28-9's sold as a seperate item.

    i will keep looking

Note: there is a significant difference between the 28-9's Sill and the 30-31's...so you need one from a 28-9 to work on your car.
the picture in post #7 is a 28 A..(same as 29)..thats what it will look like

Or call MAC's and let em know what your looking for..(716) 210-1340

    or Snyders..(888) 262-5712

Ok ..I needed to talk to Tom at Snyders anyhow, so i asked him about this part..
this is what he told me.." they are not re-produced"..
so it looks like you are going to have to find one off another body, or make one
