Has anyone used SEM Sand Free adhesion promoter to help with adhesion issues on a re-paint? I have an area that is very hard to get to to really sand/prep well but it will show when the job's done. Will this stuff work to soften/make sticky the previous paint and allow the new paint to adhere? Thanks
I have never used the SEM product but have used Bulldog adheasion promoter for many years with good results.
I would prefer the bulldog myself, sem has one called "adhesion promoter" that is really good. the sand free is used wet-on-wet no flash off, I think that would mess with metallic flop and quite probably gloss on a single stage.
