I have searched but I can't find any info on the parts I am looking for. That may be because I don't know the technical name for the part.

I am putting dropped uprights in my 51 poncho. I removed my factory uprights, and removed the threaded sleeve that goes in the upright. I believe the sleeves are for setting alignment camber etc... The lower sleeve on both sides of the vehicle were stripped where they thread into the upright. Since they are stripped, I need new ones.

What is the technical name for these inserts?
Where can a person buy new ones?

    Any help is appreciated.

The sleeves I am referring to are on the upright that the spindle mounts too. The names you listed sound like they are the pins and bushings that mount the control arms to the chassis. But I could be wrong. Anybody else want to confirm?

Are you sure they are stripped? The threads on the outside of those bushings are very shallow, look more like a ripple going across them.

That sounds like it could be the correct name. Are any companies selling new bushings?

I will double check them tonight when I get home, but I seem to remember one of the threaded bushings wobbling inside the upright when I was trying to remove it. Thanks for the info.

24riverview, thanks for the link. That looks similar to the one I need. I will give Kanter a call. Thanks again for your help.
