Has anyone been to the swap meet going on this week in Chickasha OK? Its billed as the worlds largest prewar car swap meet. I had never heard of it until a friend left for it this week. It must be a little different, it is on Thursday and Friday, not the weekend. I looked at the web site but wondered how big and how good it was? Anyone been there?

I went to the pre war swap this morning and it was good. They have it during the week to keep the regular poeple away! Snowball said parts for all years but he must be thinking of the spring and fall meets because the pre war swap had nothing newer than 38,39. Alotta br*** era cars.
I think this is the swap meet that generaly appeals to restorers. There is one a little later in the year that has a better array of parts. You can often find some pretty good deals and it is very diversified. If it rains don't go, it's clay and messy. There is also a swap meet at the Muscle Car ranch at sometime early in the year. All of them are usually posted on the I-net with dates of the meet.
