How many Hamb'ers would be willing to list their contact info in a thread for a roadside break down help list? List like email, phone number, general location in the world. I know if someone ever needed help I'd be more than willing to lend a hand and I have buddies that would do the same. It's just sometime rough for people on here to catch someone online at their time of need.
This has been done before, but it seems to have fallen to the way side. Hotrodladycruiser had a hand in it I think. Dean
A trick safety net for breakdowns is AAA. My clutch went fubar last month and one tow paid for the year.

I'd definitely be in for this. I'm in CT just off I-84 east of Waterbury. If you draw a line between NY and Boston I'm pretty close to dead center on the line.
The problem with listing email addresses in a post is that the spam-bots pick up on the email and everyone starts getting even more spam. I used to have an email address of mine listed in my signature line on another forum. Started getting hammered with spam. Changed email and didn't list the new one...no problems since. You'd have list them in a goofy way. myemail - "at-sign" - gmail.com or something like that.
