did your rear trailing arms have piviot points built into the axle attatchment point like i have built, or are they attatched with a U bolt??
No I used a piece of plate and bolted them together. I need to lift it up and take some photos for ya. The brackets over the housing are the same I just put 2 instead of one. Same holes drilled in them. It is kind of hard to explain. Mine does not look as good as yours nice work.
In the booth, before paint. i used a cherry picker to suspend the front end of the frame by strining a loop of rope through a factory hole in the radiator support. ***embled.
Man that thing is looking great. Whereabout in chicago are you from? I am about 40 miles west of the city
Dirtydog...hows the 53 coming? I just saw this thread reappear, I just started the truck arm swap over on my 54 2 weeks ago..started a thread on it also. The paint looks cool on the frame man...looking forward to seeing some updated pics!
How much lift are you getting it looks like your bags are at full pressure just to get the frame off the ground?
