I just picked up a 1934 Ford 4 door, looking to see if anyone has any info about these cars. The hole in the roof that was supposed to be open was closed from the factory. The car is 100% solid except for the floors, all original, looking for an idea of what it could be worth.
I'd be very interested in knowing just how you came to the conclusion that your vehicle came "from the factory" with no opening in the roof. I'd have to believe that either the car was rebodied by a coachmaker or has been modified by a private citizen in its past. I'm not a 34 expert by any stretch, but I have a fairly complete library of early auto books, and an excellent memory and I'm just not aware of any stock 34 sedan with a steel turret roof. I will defer to any HAMB member with appropriate and more concise knowledge than my own. dj
