Hey, all.. I just found this forum recently and have been enjoying all the informative posts here! I'm a new owner of a 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood, and I've got LOADS to learn.. I've always been a fan of custom cl***ics; from the model A thru the 70's muscle cars. Came upon my first opportunity to own one recently, and here I am. I don't know much about the Caddy yet, save that it runs and drives (although driving it is a bit of a white-knuckle experience due to bad brakes, suspension, and loose steering), is reasonably straight, and is surprisingly intact. I'm looking forward to learning more from you fine folks..
Welcome from Nebraska. The Cad looks great. Please, keep us posted with photos and words about whatever you are doing with it. Different is nice. What a cruiser!!
Welcome to the HAMB! Yep, plenty of good info here. Sounds like mere maintenance stuff and you'll have a unique ride. Cabin cruisers like that are largely(no pun) overlooked. Good drivetrain and VERY comfy ride. Have fun!
