We have an older build here at the shop. It's a 1932 Studebaker and it has an old Tilt and Tele column in it. First thought was 1960's Caddy but it does not have a shifter and none of the Caddy switches seem to match what we have. Here are some pics. If anyone could help ID this thing it'd be appreciated. Thanks!

I just got word from a local cadillac guru that it is 67-68 Caddy. He says he has seen them go on ebay for 300-500 bucks!! At that price we may just change the steering column to something a little more serviceable.

I found a place in Hemmings that has these swithces be prepared to shell out 349.00 bucks. They are rebuilt and have a 6 month warranty according to the person I spoke with. There is also a $100 core charge if you do not have one to send to him. The place is called Cadillac King 818-890-0621. * I have no association with this company and have never dealt with them before, I am merely stating the information I found this morning*

That one is "without" tilt and telescope B-bop. The turn signal switches are different for with and without tilt and they change again when the telescope thing gets involved in those years.

It's a coupe. The same guy who our shop built it for still owns it today. He has put over 100,000 miles on it and it has been in all 50 states. I was told that he even drove it to ALASKA!! The amazing part is that the car is still in immaculate condition.

Looks like a caddy. Bought an old pick-up with one already in it, didn't like the steering wheel so gave it a toss. 25 years ago. I wonder how close a same year vette might be?

Brian, mine is exactly like yours. Tough to find good info or pictures for stuff this old. Is yours broken. It looks ok. Mine has a broken ear that keeps the signal on when turning left. Without the ear or tab, you have to hold the signal light lever. It works ok for right turns. If there is a part that you need from me to make yours work, I will gladly send the unit. I think I am going to upgrade.
