For those within a few hours drive of the Kansas City Metro area, there's a great swap meet in Lee's Summit, MO April 10 & 11 (Sat/Sun). This meet has moved a couple of times and it's moving again. The fall meet was at ADESA auto auction. This spring meet is at another ADESA property to the east of the last site (Routes 50 & 291). Confused? Let's say, it's not at the Woodlands nor Worlds of Fun. It might be a little tricky getting in, so I would recommend getting there early.

Go to the Shriners website for more info and a map.

Hope to see you there!! (the fall meet is Sept. 18 & 19)

I like the auto auction site they have now. Not nearly as bad as worlds of fun was. I miss the dog track but having it in lee's summit makes it like 40 miles closer drive. There is usually a good selection/array of different stuff. plenty of old stuff too.

I miss going to this swap meet. We attended when we lived in Missouri. Lots of good memories and great deals. 350 miles away now and 3 extra months of winter.

Hey I can't complain since it's only 10 minutes from my home.

Yep it's at the railroad yard again, at the last Model A Club meeting one of the Shriners spoke as it might stay there.

Public parking/ access if off Hamblen Rd (what 291 N turns into) south of Home Depot.

  16. I plan on being there with the girls. I'll be the *** with the coffee in hand. The missus will no doubt be there with her radio flyer with the squeeky wheel, I sure ain't gonna grease it after all this time. :D

PM me if you want to hook up I'll send you my number. I expect to be there earlyish and probably won't stay late.

not sure of space #'s though since they changed my configuration to fit big trailer that I am now not bringing ( wont go into that rant )
