Used for all kinds of budget **** - trim, bezels...WWalls!... used to be at Lowe's...there are tons of threads on here about it... anyone know who has it now? Krylon's site says Home Depot, Lowes, Auto parts store chains...none of 'em anymore (here in Vegas)... Not a real hot rod part...but anyone stilll buying it anywhere?? Thanks!
Wal Mart carries it. I tried it and it works ok as long as it doesn't get direct sunlight. In two years, it faded and then started chalking.
Check any arts & crafts store, have seen it in a few here in fl.not that I frequent them or anything like that.
Is that the stuff for plastic? If so, Rustoleum has their own version of it. I scored a couple cans of a discontinued color the other day at a local hardware chain and used it on some plastic shelves I take to the flea markets that were getting grubby and don't clean very well. Figured for two bucks it couldn't hurt to try. I've also seen theirs in the big chains, the Home Depot and Lowes -
I know that they have Satin Finish Black Fusion at Hobby Lobby craft stores. It works great on all kind of surfaces and it won't eat plastic up. Great paint. Dries fast and is fairly tough.
Funny, well yeah, I thought so too. Lowe's, home Depot and some Auto Parts stores here had it, far as I knew. maybe even big craft stores. I went to Lowe's...Home Depot and they no longer had it. One auto parts chain that used to...nope. Called an ace and a Wal MArt...(probably a mistake to call). ====== Before I stated the thread I had seen Krylons' site, and seen the Fusion info. page. Lowe's no longer does. Here. Home Depot, either. The Fusion page was actually changed to say it was "not a valid product" or something. and no longer had the color choices or other info.. I called around then statted this. Funny - Wal Mart and Ace. I Had called them originally. Nothing. Now they say they have them. Maybe the stuff was discontinued for a while? Anyway THANKS a lot and it turned out to be a stupid question after al...whatever was going on, some Aces have it here and so do Wal Marts. Home depot and Lowe's don't anymore. At least here. ...And now this looks like it did originally, too. Must have been some issue.: http://www.krylon.com/products/fusion_for_plastic/ Thanks a lot.
