Here is my roadster when i first put it together and after i painted it. i loved it when it was patina.... but i like it even more now that its painted. would like to see some other transformations.
of course man! i agree, but i wanted to get some opinions and hopefully see some other rust to paint rods.
I have to agree, it was a cool looking car before, but painted it looks GREAT. Painted makes the car look finished...something to be proud of. Rusty looked cool, underconstruction, in need of finishing, probably still proud but just not as proud as with it finished.
said it perfect. having it finished you just fell a sense of accomplishment. and you also dont have those toobags asking you when you are going to paint it.
if yer askin, i like paint. i think rusty cars are kinda gay. no offense to those who like them, thats just my opinion. skull
It had bad *** personality before the paint. It looks good with paint, I'll bet your not a rebel anymore.
Looks 10 times better. Last time I seen it was at Squeeks HRR party in 2007. It's come along way since then. I like it, I like it a lot!
If the question was, Finished or un-finished? That would be different. Rusty or painted is just retarded. This isn't a Ratrod site,so the rusty term is like asking POS or nice? My opinion is based on your choice of wording...
paint... rat rods are a disgrace.... like anybody back in the day would have been could dead driving around in a rust bucket... Sorry, I just hate rat rods... personal problem...
rat rods to me are a thrown together rattletrap that is unsafe, shoddy craftsmanship, and uses parts that are unconventional. its all shock value. they did have rusty roadsters back then, but that was just till they finished them and painted them. nobody was proud of a rusty car back then.
