I just scored a beautiful set of new chrome bumpers for the coupe CHEAP!
they were plated a couple years ago and then just sat around the shop. They have some minor, minor scratches in them and was wondering what the best polish is to get the scratches out.
    Thanks

Since they were just rechromed, I would use Simichrome on them. That's what our local chrome shop uses on newly plated parts if they get a stain from the tank or something like that.

On old rusty bumpers I like to use Wizards Turbo Cut buffing compound. It's not meant to be a chrome polish but it takes rust staining off amazingly well and doesn't scratch like steel wool.

I use turtle polish. it works good on rust and brake dust and scratches.
