I'm Corey from Hampton Georgia. My dream as a kid was to have an old stove bolt Chevrolet. Well yesterday I made that dream come true, I bought a 1951 Chevy truck. It's gonna be a long road but it can be done. My buddy Cooter set me up with this forum.

Thank y'all for the welcome, and yes sir I do know Cooter. But please don't hold that against me. I got the fuel tank installed today, ran new fuel line and got the truck running. It needs a waterpump though, but it is running. waterpump and brakes are coming this weekend.

Mr. PastdueBIll, let me say to you this...Cooter couldn't pay me a million bucks to paint my truck that cooter green of which you speak of. This thing will be painted Crimson Tide Red. Cooter says I am crazy for painting it that color, but at least it won't be baby doo doo green!!!
