Head Conversions for A/B/C blocks

I love the idea of converting the banger and have seen early chevy heads used as well as even an ardun version some one was offering. I have also heard in threads about using latter model heads ( heard mitsubishi and even sbc). Would like to get some input or even pictures/ ideas of these alternative versions. Thank you.
