Model A original wheel ???

I am preparing to move a 1929 Model A that has sunk in to the ground in the barn. I have a chance to buy a set of decent rims but I think they are for later A. I checked in my Car Spotters Guide and the 1930-31 rims appear to be what I have. They appear to be the same but need a larger hub cap. Will they interchange? I plan to get some good tires and mount on new wheels before moving the car.

 

'28 & '29 Model A's had 21" wheels.........'30 & '31 had 19" ...........but other than tire size, they will interchange on the hub............

Most any 5 on 5.5 wheel will work to roll it around. ford pick up wheels (pre 96) are cheap and plentifull.

 

Yes, I'd find some cheap pick up wheels and tires just to make it a roller.
