    I think you're probably right. Just how you'd limit the dross, while making it easier to navigate and find stuff is the $64,000 question...somehow you'd need to keep the BS down and encourage the (mainly older) folks with the knowledge to stay on there.

    Yes, but Shelly has tried to change the format a few times and just run into a brick wall with all the old timers. And thats where alot of the knowledge is. I do hope it can be saved and you are correct the searches do take forever.

    IMHO, the "old timers" will gladly adjust to changes, if it means saving the site. At least this one will:)

    Chances are a lot of the old timers on Fordbarn will migrate back to ahooga.com. Like the HAMB, fordbarn is as much a social network for the hold timers as an information source. Foul language, personal attacks and political posts were never allowed at fordbarn. What p***es as social *********** here won't cut it over there.
