Band-Aid on a Shell Emblem?

Any clue what this is from?

 

Thats odd.... I'm intrigued

 

It's a tag topper given out by shell. The strip was a banner or flag accross the shell.

Here's what it should look like.

 

Easy to find with the right info.

 

I believe it is an anti "Screw Driver" topper from Shell...."Share the Road" pg 87 in the Gas Station Memories book by motor books

The signal flags on the emblem represent the letters G R P for what it's worth.
