I've been looking for one since July, and not having much luck. Pick up and 2 door sedan doors are the same. The coupe doors are different.

They aren't hard to find at all, as a matter of fact if you buy my 30 Tudor body it comes with two--count um 2 FREE doors [IMG]

  7. I think 28-29 Tudor and coupe doors are the same and 30-31 pickup and coupe are the same.

  9. Root, I think I just saw some doors on ebay, if not there try the fordbarn, If you still can't find any let me know and I will price them from the local A guy, I think he has a bunch of them, but sometimes he is a little on the pricey side.

Root...see if you can get a copy of "Model A Ford Restoration Handbook". Has most vehicle style schematics with measurements, though not all. If you need to know a measurement against an unknown or uncertain, just pm me and I'll look it up.

The 28-29 pickup share doors with the 26-27 coupe. I don't think they fit the 28-29 sedan. Doors are getting harder to find. I know where there are several 4 door doors but all the 2 door ones are on cars.

Actually, although the 26/7 coupe doors INTERCHANGE weith the 28/9 pickup doors, there are numerous differences. I can go outside and photo the doors if anyone is interested. I have 3 rightside doors and no drivers side. Anybody need a swap?

  26. Does a real hot rod have doors??? [IMG]

  27. I wonder which of those doors have wood inside? I have -28 Roadster with all metal doors, same thing with -27-28 T doors (exept that rust which I desperate replace with new sheet metal.) My friends doors, I think are English made -30 (?) have quite a big amount of wood.

[IMG]hi rod ari ,all the doors on the list have steel inner liners. all u.s. open cars did too. most model A four door sedans except 1931 slant window 4door sedan, which had steel inner liner.there were alot of companies that made bodys in the 20's and 30's that fit on a model A frame.and they used alot of wood in their construction. they got a ch***ie and front sheet metal and built rest of body .this probably is more info then you needed but hope it helps,
