That is a pretty rare one because it has full instruments. Usually they were only in higher end models like SS or cars loaded with options.
Dzus is right, it's an early Chevy Van, not Nova. It shares the same gauges and speedo with the 63-65 Nova SS, but the housing, inner bezel and outer bezel are for the Chevy Van. The Nova had a clock hole in the center and the van piece has the little square window for brake light. This version has the double rings on the gauges so I'd guess a 1965, there should be a date stamp on the back. The van also uses a different speedo pointer. Interesting thing about the van cluster is that should have a tempered glass lense while the Nova got plastic. Nice upgrade for the Nova when using a tach.
Besides the Novas and regular early-and-mid-'60 Chevy vans, GM also used this same cluster in the Grumman and other step-van'-type bodied delivery trucks right into the late-'70's and possibly even early '80's. A tip for anyone in Canada or in Europe wanting a speedometer calibrated in kilometers to swap into an early Nova - get the cluster from a mid-'70's-and-up Canadian-spec Chevy or GMC chasied step van.
