A "How rare is it?" question...

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Ratmotor, Apr 10, 2010.

  1. While rooting around in a junkyard today to see what I could find I came across this. It's a vintage heater in an old Willy's panel truck. I have searched the net with no result.Just how rare of an option was this heater? Thanks for any info and yes I'm going back to get it along with a bunch of other stuff. An old friend owns the place and the stuff is free for me. I do shoot him some cash now and then but he says he don't need it.....He got offered a million for the property and turned them down. Said he wouldn't know what to do with the money.Talk about a good ole boy!

    Not sure on the Willys.

I believe at 1:56 there is the remnants of a '32-'34 Ford ch***is of some sort.

That's a Harrison heater used in a variety of makes in the late '40s and early '50s. Google "harrison heater" and you'll find far more info.
