These were all shot with a more than ten year old Nikon Coolpix 950 which, by digital camera standards is an antique! It's starting to get a little creaky in it's old age but it still does a great job. I use it for things like this rather than my DSLR because it's easy to carry. As far as my choice of subjects, the Auto Fair sure isn't set-up for photography. There were lots of cars that were just not possible to get decent photos of due to crowds, background, junk in the way, bad shadows/light, etc.
Great shots! Did you happen to see the one on the back stretch that said, "must sell, girlfriend pregnant, wife pissed" Thought that was funny.
I did see that. My wife and I both got a laugh out of it. There was a very similar sign on a car on the front side too.
