So my sisters boyfreind Jay that painted my 32 roadster has a 36 ford project ive been helping him on and he also has a 65 olds f85 convert that hes had for a long time, well when he bought the 65 convert the rear end was bad so he bought a 65 442 tudor post for the rear end, that was back in 1995, well after all this time he finally got to working on the convert and went and picked up the parts 65 442 and brought it over to my house because i had a buddy that wanted the parts car, well when he got here he told me there was a present in the trunk of the parts car for me, so i walk over and low and behold is a weiand 3x2 flathead intake with 3 small logo 97's eelco linkage and a eelco fuel block, he says it yours! the funny thing is that when he bought it in 95 he knew nothing of flatheads or multi carb set ups and new nothing of what it was, but being around me and all the hot rods and flatheads etc etc he learned what it was. he said he probably would have thrown the damn thing away! Thanks Jay! so check that truck you never know what you may find!
That set-up would make a nice side-draft set-up for my four banger! Ya think they make an adapter plate for a Alfa?
Thought maybe you found "seven one hundred-dollar bills". That setup might be a little better than finding money, though. Congrats!
