Thanx for posting the picture Mika, great shot. I will put up more pictures myself when I come back to Sweden. The last weeks has ben a race aginst the clock but I made it and the car handles very good even if nothing is tuned in yet. Thank's every one who's been following my build.
Saw this rod today and I have to say I'm impressed. The windshield is fabulous, the wheels, engine and stance are perfect. I'm loving the car, oh and the paint is unbelievable. Absolutely killer!! Thanks for bringing it over. Might have to go back tomorrow and take a second look. Gorgeous!!!
I'm a bit late to the party. Congratulations on making your deadline with a KILLER home built hot rod. Pete
I don't want to brag but.... hehehe. I will still post a few more building pictures even if the car is (allmost) finished. I love to get insperation from other people and hopfully I can inspirer some one else to build a hot rod with garage tools and no budget. Cheers from a happy swed.
Beautiful car! I like the front shot that shows the body is lower than the tires. A well deserved trophy! What else have you built? We wanna see 'em!
Haha, that caddy is to big for my garage. Here is a few pic of the first Hot Rod I build. This is how it looked when I found it. In progress on a '32 frame. My everyday driver in the sommers. My old chevy. I miss my thunderbird. Love the early 60th customs.
Too cool! Congrats on the awesome build. You don't perhaps have any more pictures of the finished product?
Here is the last pictures of my build. Forgot to mention the engin so here it come's.. Its a Chevy -63 283 bored 0.60" with high comp pistons (11,5:1) Power pack heads (327) with bigger stainless valves and 1:5 roller rockers, an ISKY "300 hp" cam (simular to the one in the 300hp 327 engin), Mallory distributor, Offenhauser 2x3 intake with two Stromberg 97. It's not tuned in yet but is sure sound great A friend of my took this pictures for Low Brow Magazine. The color changes from black, purple, brown and greenisch (the base color). Lookes better in real life. 1" to go in the lowest possition and 5 in drive possition. The shift knob is from a '41 ford I think, it was not my first pick but then it kind of growed on me and now I love it! See how happy I am (to tha left) haha Thanx for taking the time to look at my photos and for the nice comments. See you guys when my next car (Ford '41 coupe) is done. Urban
I love the pickup, but I REALLY love your coupe. I've been building my coupe in my head for the past year or so, and when the time comes and I have all of the right parts, it'll look a lot like yours does. Congrats on knowing what's kool man!
Hey Bro it ain't bragging.....you did an AWESOME JOB... so be proud, strut around, smile, shit jump up and down cause thats one BAD ASS TRUCK!!! You deserve to BRAG!!! Cain't wait to see the next project...
