    Hi guys.

This is probably the first in a long line of questions, that have maybe been asked before, but here goes
Having just aquired a nice unmolested `31 Coupe, and wanting to get in and do some miles, I seem to be finding a few faults that may be a result of a previous owner (certainly not me)
I have been getting a bad vibration from the car for a few miles and it looks as tho` its as I suspected, which is a collapsed front motor mount. Have a look at the pix, and before I order a new one, can someone satisfy me that the engine is far enough forward for the motor mount springs to clear the back edge of the crossmember? I can see that the present springs are wrong...........
Also, I think I may be right in saying that there isn`t any rear rubber mount cushions either!!

Thanks in advance for any help. And where is the best place to order the parts from?

    Regards

    Tim:)

Is that the original 4 Banger in the car? Looks like you need a new fan belt as well.

Yep, told its the original 4 banger, which I intend to keep for the mo`. And the fan belt is on the shopping list too. But I need to know about the front motor mount, it just seems to me to be a little to close to the curve at the bottom of the crossmember for it to sit right
Here is a pic of the whole thing

The rubber goes on the frame side of the mount (in the rear). I'd get all the parts from Mac's. I've had good luck with them.

Oh, and welcome to the HAMB, love the car... very sharp.
