Customs 36 Chevy Chopped at Viva Las Vegas

I bought a '36 Chevy Coupe last December, finally get to make it run. (And cut it up). I spotted this green chopped slammed and skirted '36 at Viva Las Vegas this month, and want to cut mine up ASAP. Need to know who did the chop and can I make a deal to do a similar look. No quarter windows..

Yes this is the car two tone green- I am going to stay with black, possibly a Black Cherry, candy two tone with skirts, so as low but close. Mine looks so different with the 36 grill, may narrow the grill as well.
