Picked this up from sephgato a couple years ago, it belongs to a buddy of mine. It's been sitting on the trailer ever since we brought it home! Finally rolled it off onto the driveway today!
It's going to get a new full frame from the front tubular subframe back, with a 9" on the stock leafs and 5' long lift bars.
The front 2x3 subframe was already installed along with a straight, (no drop), tube axle with Chevy spindles...
Plans are for a nasty FE motor and 4-speed...

Don't know how soon it'll be ready for the strip, my buddy restores vintage moto-cross bikes, and that keeps him pretty busy,...but at least he's got the itch to get going on it now!

I too am building a '60 Falcon g***er. I was wondering if the front frame like you have with no other support going back to the firewall will hold the car sufficiently? I know the wheelwells were part of the structure and the Chevy II's had a place to bolt an upper support going back on the firewall. I have not yet cut my fenderwells off but plan to along with a straight axle setup.

Hey Heath!...I was just thinking about the Crown Hill Diggers the other day!

For the Falcon : Just picked up a complete, early, smooth housing 9" rear, and got a line on a shop full of FE parts that we need to go check out...

The car's gone now, it wasn't mine, it belonged to a buddy of mine that isn't on the HAMB...I found it in the HAMB cl***ified's, I think back in '07, and my buddy, being a "Ford-or-nothing" nut, had to have it...so we went over and picked it up from sephgato...

...it sat on the same trailer we picked it up with, from then, until last fall! He never did anything to it! I found him some Cragars, and a smooth-housing 9"...he had big plans, but lost interest...it's in Chicago now...

dice...what was the axle & spindles on that?...spindles looked like '49-'54 Chevy?
