Aussie Hamber Cruise with Drewfus ( in MELBOURNE)

Thats right, you read it here first! Drewfus is heading South and will be visiting Melbourne early in the new year. So a Melbourne HAMBER get together/cruise is called for!

After a quick glance at the Calender me thinks that the evening of Wednesday the 5th (two days before the Nats) sounds good.

Chime in and let me know if this suits/doesn't because we can change it to the thurday if thats better...

Well, he's gotta come pick up his MFS 2 DVD.....I GUESS I could force myself to go.

 

Wednesday 5th of January is the second Moorooduc Cruise Night. At the Peninsula lounge cnr of Eramosa Road and Moorooduc Road. With only 3 weeks to get orginised the first one in December attracted over 70 rods and customs. Now I don't expect you guys to prop all night but it would definately be worth a look. And most importantly, I'll be there!!

CQQL.......will be there with bells on I',m happy either night, although, if it helps, the thursday night would be great as we could then do both places....

Anyhow, whatever pleases the masses as I'd love everyone to come along and share in the fun.

Will be cruising to mornington tomorrow (01/01/05) call my mobile 0402083273 if your bored,as I've got no real plans till the kustom nats, and tired at checking out the shopping centres(don't tell Carla) .

Adam, get off the beach and ring me. Are we going to meet up at the other run and go for a cruise thereafter? before? totally seperate? I'll tentitively say meet at the other run and cruise from there....will update thread ASAP after speaking with Adam....

Peter Holder is organising a cool rod run (tonight) and I won't make it to that one either...to Lake Dumbleyung for the 40th anniversary of Don Cambell's World Speed blast. They'll be tying one on & painting the tiny town red tonight...shoulda gone but ah well.

The mooroduc cruise is actually on tonight, so instead the following has been arranged.

HAMB Get together with Drewfus, Thurday, 6th Jan, 7 pm at Psyco's place in Ascot Vale for Snags / Beers /Bench session.

BYO hot rod and beer!

just had time to reply - ok its at my joint, bring some beers, and some snags etc. there is secure parking at the back of my house for those with rods etc.

also, who ever is comming please bring the following:

flathead dizzy cap
coil
ignition leads

i'm going to get my f'ing flathead running properly even if it kills me!

flathead dizzy caps and leads dont taste too good after there been on the barby, and trying to drink from a coil aint kosher either

Can hunt up a cap and lead, but as I said to you they are secondhand, so cant gaurantee that they will be A ok.
